Final Field Trips (Just For Now)

The week of May 22, Mustafa N.'s Ancient World class headed to the National Museum of Asian Art to view art from across the Islamic World, followed by the art of China from the Bronze Age to the modern period.
AP US History with Maureen M. visited the National Museum of American History "to examine how the museum tells the story of what it is to be American; this follows a year interrogating bias, including their final project where they investigated bias in movies."

Maureen also reports, "the final Art History field trip of the year won the student favorite award. The class headed to the Phillips Collection where they visited their favorite works by Jacob Lawrence, Mark Rothko, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir."
