    Events & Programs
    Hold your class, formal presentation, or special event at our welcoming, convenient campus, located just steps from the Van Ness - UDC Metro station.

    Classrooms and common areas are typically available for rentals on weekdays between 4-9 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Rental FAQs and Policies

  • What are the rental policies?

    • All rentals are required to have valid proof of insurance.
    • All rentals require a non-refundable deposit of 50% upon reservation.
    • Refunds are not provided within two weeks of rental start date.
    • Weekends & Holidays rentals have a 3-hour minimum.

  • Can groups serve alcohol on campus?

    Alcohol is only allowed at events where no students or minors will be present and by permission of Edmund Burke School. When students or minors are expected to be present either at the event in question or on campus for other purposes, alcohol is not allowed.
     

  • Is insurance required?

    Yes, we require insurance for all rentals. Please contact us for additional details.

  • Is parking available?

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee parking for events. We encourage guests to take advantage of our proximity to the Metro and MetroBus, or to use nearby street parking.
