Burke's halls and walls vividly illustrate the depth of our arts coursework and independent opportunities. We encourage students to engage in visual arts through any media that sparks their interest – at the potter's wheel, behind the camera, in front of an easel.

We have modern, light-filled studio for drawing and painting and newly-renovated (in Fall 2021) ceramics and photography studios. Our Metro-accessible location in Van Ness DC offers easy access to museums, galleries, and working artists.
