Traveling to Burke

We're a city school.
Burke is one block from the Van Ness Metro (Red Line) and steps from multiple MetroBus lines. We also run three morning bus routes, two from Maryland and one from Virginia. Others commute by foot, bike, scooter, and skateboard. In short, most students can travel to school "on their own steam" – which is a great way to build independence!
