- Nebeyo Z. '23 - Boys' Varsity Soccer - All-PVAC 1st Team
At the District of Columbia State Athletic Association Cross Country Championships, the boys' varsity team took 8th overall, with Charles L. '25, Lucas M. '27, Nora B. '26, and Neve J. '29 notching the highest finishes for Burke in their respective divisions.
Coach Chris added that the boys' team was the highest finishing team from our conference, and Charles was the highest finishing PVAC runner in the boys' varsity meet. For the girls' team, Nora, Eliza G. '25, and Kavya T. '24 "ran great all year and competed at every meet we went to, never giving up."
