This winter, psychology students embarked on a project of self-improvement using strategies based on independent research and concepts they've learned in the course. Each group is creating a short documentary film about their experience.
The projects are about: - Focus - Procrastination - Time Management - Exercise - Phone Use (two groups) - Pandemic Psychology
