Bengal Track & Fields Sprints to Individual Titles

On May 11-12, high school athletes competed in the PVAC Upper School Championships in Rockville, MD. The Burke women's team notched 3rd place overall by a comfortable margin, with the Bengals taking 4th in the men's division – meaning that all four of Burke's track and field squads recorded top four conference finishes.

  • Frankie N. '27 - 1st in the 800 meters
Ashley J. '26 (3rd in the 100 meters), Ellie D. '29 (3rd in the 200 and 400 meter double), Frankie N. '27 (2nd in the 1600), Jack J. '26 (2nd in the 110 meter hurdles), Soren F. '28 (3rd in the shot put), and Ethan F. '26 (3rd in discus) all recorded podium finishes, as did Burke's 4x100 women's relay team.
