Raphael Larson

Raphael is a partner with King & Spalding LLP in Washington, DC. He leads the firm’s Accountants’ Liability practice group in which he represents global accounting firms in all manner of regulatory, litigation, and governmental matters. Previously, Raphael was an Associate Director of Enforcement at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board where he led investigations and enforcement proceedings involving global accounting firms in audits of US public companies. Raphael has lived in Washington, DC since 1996 when he moved to DC to attend Georgetown University Law Center. He is parent of Andrew ’30.
