Greg Weingast

Joined the Board in 2025.As Chief Investment Officer at ArchCo, Greg Weingast is responsible for the oversight of capital raising and investor relations for both corporate and project level entities. Greg has over 30 years of real estate experience including more than 20 years of multi-family experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration with Honors from American University where he also guest lectures on real estate matters. Gerg is a past member of a Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute, the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing, and the Multifamily Leadership Board of The National Association of Homebuilders. He also has a long history of community engagement and philanthropy. Past board service has included: the Rock Creek Conservancy, the Anacostia Watershed Society, Cavalry Women’s Shelter, and the President’s Circle Council of Higher Achievement. Parent of Sabrina '29.
