Bound for Bonding

Each fall, students in 6th-11th grade disperse across the DC region (or well beyond, in the case of our juniors), enabling them to build cohesion within their grade and form some new connections.
The middle school took a day trip to the South River shore in Edgewater, MD, followed by indoor climbing and obstacle courses for 6th-7th grade and the challenging Billy Goat Trail for 8th grade on Friday. 9th grade also visited the Chesapeake Bay during an overnight at Camps Letts, while the 10th grade headed to Camp Horizons in the Blue Ridge Mountains (and apparently handled some adorable amphibians). As is tradition, 11th grade went to New York City, where they enjoyed sightseeing and delicious food.
