Tara began her career as a K–12 public school educator before transitioning into public sector management consulting. She now works as an independent consultant, serving as a leadership development facilitator, coach and learning consultant to government, nonprofit, and corporate clients. Tara specializes in designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences that strengthen leaders, build organizational capacity, and drive meaningful results. Born and raised in Prince George's County Maryland, she now calls Northern Virginia home, where she and her husband are the proud parents of fraternal twins, including Jessica ’29.
