Joined the Board in 2025. Laura is a youth engagement professional and juvenile justice expert. Laura launched her own business in 2019 to bring authentic youth engagement to government and organizations across the country. Prior to creating her own business, Laura drove juvenile justice policy reform and expanded youth engagement at the National League of Cities and other nonprofits. Laura was appointed in 2018 to chair the Washington DC Juvenile Justice Advisory Group, a public service she performed for eight years. Parent of Brooke '30.
