Writing & Grammar Fundamentals - High School | August 9-13

This course will cover important writing and analysis habits, skills, and strategies to help students feel confident in writing in their high school Humanities courses. The course will begin with a variety of diagnostic activities to gauge what areas of writing and analysis each particular student needs to strengthen, and then provide targeted skill-building for each student based on those strengths and weaknesses. All together, we will work on areas potentially neglected in the necessities of virtual learning, including thesis drafting, common grammar mistakes, organizing papers, and confidence and comfort with the process of revision. 
This course will cover important writing and analysis habits, skills, and strategies to help students feel confident in writing for their High School Humanities courses, particularly targeting skills that might have been harder to practice and strengthen during virtual learning.
