Joy Zarembka is the COO of Busboys and Poets, where she previously served as the VP of Planning and Innovation. Prior, she was Associate Director for the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) and Director of the Break the Chain Campaign project, as well as an expert witness for human trafficking cases. She is the parent of Jayla '28.
